The NextGen Director of Elim Fellowship is a new position with a growing mandate.

Under the United States Ministry leadership, NextGen seeks to not only continue the work of the Youth and Teen Ministry, but add to it in three needed streams; that of united Children Pastors/leaders, Family Pastors, and the next generation of young leaders being called into ministry. The NextGen Ministry seeks to equip, encourage, and empower these leaders as we come together with a seat at the table.
